The hard part of worksite care isn't the care. It's knowing where to start.
You can bring care to a plant, a job site or a corporate campus. What slows you down is knowing which employers are in your area, how large they are, and who decides. AIX Worksite Health does that research for your territory, and makes sure no other licensed clinic in your service line is working the same employers.
Three markets in every territory

Each market is licensed separately, so you can start with one and add the others. Exclusivity covers the markets you hold, in your service line. The markets never share an employer, so two clinics in the same area never call on the same company.
Public employers use a mix of carriers. Most Texas school districts and all state employees are on plans run by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas; cities, counties, larger school districts and special districts each choose their own carrier.
How it works
- Pick your territory and service line. IV therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic or massage therapy.
- License one or more markets. A one-time fee for each, set by the size of that market in your territory.
- Join the membership. A monthly membership keeps your exclusivity and runs your outreach engine.
- Start reaching employers. Your private pipeline shows every employer in your markets, ready to work.
The network gets stronger with every service
Employers hear from the network about one service at a time, with the others offered alongside it. Every service that joins your territory adds to what employers hear, and adds another clinic's team reaching them in person.
When one clinic gets in the door, it introduces the others as part of the same network. A cold first contact becomes a warm conversation, for you and for every clinic around you. Your outreach gets more effective as more services join your territory.

Employers see your clinic's name, not ours. AIX Worksite Health licenses territories and supplies the research behind them. It does not deliver care or contract with patients.

Questions clinics ask
- Is this a franchise?
- No. You license a territory market and the tools that come with it. You keep your own brand, business and way of delivering care.
- Who delivers care?
- Your clinic does, always. AIX Worksite Health does not provide medical services.
- What's a territory?
- A named group of neighbouring counties, sized so one clinic can serve it, with at least 50 employers in each market offered.
- Can I see employer names before I license?
- No. Names are shared only with the clinic that holds that market. You see counts and sizes first.
- What if another clinic wants a market I don't hold?
- Before any market in your territory is offered to someone else, you get 15 days to take it.
- What if an employer has sites in two territories?
- Each worksite belongs to the territory it sits in. Requests for a site outside yours go to that territory's clinic.
- What happens if my membership ends?
- Your exclusivity ends with it, after a grace period. Employers you've already signed stay yours.
- Who bills insurance?
- Your clinic, for the services it provides.
