AIX Worksite Health connects employers with independent, licensed clinics and licenses territories to those clinics. We don't provide medical services, and nothing on this site is medical advice. All care is delivered by the clinics, under their own names and on their own terms.

Information on the site

Territory counts, statuses and prices are given for information and can change. They aren't an offer. A territory or market is licensed only by a signed agreement. Nothing on this site promises any number of meetings, employers, contracts, savings or health results.

Using the forms

Send only accurate business contact information, and don't include health information about anyone. Don't use the site to send spam, to probe or disrupt it, or to collect information about others.
